Overseas Deliveries
Due to the expense of processing and shipping overseas deliveries, we require a minimum order amount of $200.00 USD . Overseas deliveries are made via Federal Express and D.H.L. We will investigate the best possible freight quote and choose the respective courier based on each individual order. Couriers charge not only for the weight of the goods, but also the dimensional size. Please note all shipping & handling charges do NOT include any customs duties or VAT/GST taxes. These are assessed by customs and charged separately. Transit times vary (barring any customs delays, see chart below).

Canadian Deliveries
We do not require a minimum order amount on Canadian orders. Canadian deliveries are made via Fedex Canada Ground and Priority Mail International.  We will investigate the best possible freight quote and choose the respective courier based on each individual order. Couriers charge not only for the weight of the goods, but also the dimensional size. FedEx Canada quotes will include all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees - no additional amounts will be due upon delivery.

Payment Methods
Orders must be prepaid before merchandise is dispatched. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or JCB credit cards. Please remember to include the credit card expiration date. We also accept International Money Orders and Certified Bank Checks. We regret to advise we cannot accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) as a method of payment for overseas or Canadian deliveries.

U.S. Deliveries
If you or an associate are planning a trip to the United States, we can arrange to have your merchandise delivered to a stateside address with no minimum order amount. Just let us know at least 10 days prior to your expected arrival date. U.S. shipping & handling charges will apply.

Returns, Exchanges and Warranties
Please note international customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns, exchanges and warranties. These shipping expenses will not be reimbursed by Bart's or by the manufacturer of the product. The charges include incoming and outgoing packages.
